Jean's Pizza

My bestfriend & I always ordered from here. My daughter loves their pizza. Unfortunately this time we ordered only about 4 items & a small pizza. When we called we were using a different address not the one we usually use, and we specified it. They still took it to the wrong address...Then I added up my prices & tax and the bill should have only been about 35-38 dollars. They charged my card $48! I’m very angry. Why almost $50 for hardly any food! This place use to be our favorite.

My son asked me something about my high school... Lincoln....and one thing led to another and I started looking up things in the area! I could not believe, “Jean’s” is still there! I have to believe from what I’m seeing they have some great, “Philly,”food!! ....Memories of a former Philly gal living in St. Louis!

I called to order a small cheese pizza and a milkshake. They came with my food an hour and a half later (by then the pizza is room temperature) and they gave me ice cream!!! When I called the counter girl argued me down about “what I said” instead of coming to a solution to the problem. And then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I wasn’t shocked to see that others (in the reviews) have had problems with the workers not being able to comprehend an order correctly! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered from Jeans for the first time today . we ordered Italian hoagies and an order of pizza fries. The pizza fries were the best dang fries I have ever had!! And the hoagies are outta this world.!ud83dudc93ud83dudc93ud83dudc93 I could only eat half my sandwich and some of my fries...and I'm so full. And satisfied.nThe man behind the counter was very nice and had a great smile to match his very courteous demeanor.
