Baker City Sewer & Drain

Had a clog in our main sewer line from outside clean out to main sewer pipe in alley. Very professional and just an all around great guy. Very affordable and a pleasure to talk to. Did a fantastic job! Thanks!

Lance was very helpful. He is the only guy in Baker City that has the equipment to do drain clean outs. I found that out after talking to the plumbers in town. The plumbers don’t have the equipment for snaking drains and they will instruct you to call Baker City Sewer & Drain. I called the plumbers first because I thought we needed a plumber. At first I was a little worried after talking to him on the phone the first time because he has a very direct delivery but when I met him in person, he was great. He won’t do more than he knows and he will refer you if the problem requires a plumber. His price was reasonable for the emergency call and he was knowledgeable about the Baker City drain systems and had a contact with the City for them to clean out their end. Overall, he provided a necessary service for a reasonable price.

I've had to call 3 times now and all 3 times he was here pronto. Very reasonable on the price. I just wish he could take care of other plumbing issues. A+ service

Pretty miserable to not have a plumber show up, who says they will show up to an appointment then leaves for the weekend. Called la Grande company over 1.5 hours away next day. Thanks but no thanks for your lack of poor customer service.
