Dave has been cleaning my mother's carpets for some 13+ years. He schedules her in within a few days and shows up when he should. The carpets are probably some 25 years old. She has tried other conventional cleaning methods utilizing water and steam, myself included. This usually creates an unpleasant after condition which results in bleed through from the carpet pad stains, smells and etc. Not to mention the time to dry the carpet and using fans and etc.nnThe method Dave uses is a light chemical spray and buffing wheels then raking to reestablish nap. The carpet is not saturated. Carpet is dry within hours, not days. This carpet gets pretty heavily soiled in the high traffic areas and looks pretty bad. After the service, the carpet looks like new, besides the normal wear and tear. Virtually soil free.nnThe cost is very competitive around 35 cents square foot. Yes I would highly recommend Dave and this cleaning method!!!!!
