Our experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff is super friendly and communicates in a timely matter. The community is always clean! We don’t even hear our neighbors!

I love this place.nManagement makes you feel at home like family.nAlways on top of everything helpful with every situation or problem there has been. Maintenance is top notch with every repair in a timely and professional manner. 10/10!

The place is nice, but in reality if you own a dognin which they are just so supportive of (if you couldn’t detect the sarcasm) it’s a nightmare. I understand some aspects of the rules as picking up after your dog and making sure they’re on a leash, but that shouldn’t dictate whether you live there or not. You have three mishaps before you’re fined then kicked out. No wonder they always have space.

Such a wonderful and friendly atmosphere at The Bluffs. And it starts with the office staff! Especially Christina! So knowledgeable and always so helpful and courteous! The office staff make it feel like a home, like you're among friends! Without the office staff who create this atmosphere, it's just another apartment. The office staff truly make the difference!
