I’ve lived in the Roosevelt East apartments since they were built around 8 years ago and am about to renew my lease for another year. You cant beat the value and quality in Williston. Salli and her team have always done a great job when it comes to repairs, maintenance, and making the place feel like home. I would recommend Roosevelt East to friends and family.

I have lived at Roosevelt East for 5 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Great staff, great pricing, 2 car garage and now I'm seeing improvements on the property!

Took a year for dishwasher to be looked at and not fixed. Took the same to get garage door key.nnMoved into dirty apartment, left it cleaner than moved in (even soaked and scrubbed blinds) 230$ for paint touch up and cleaning. Quite the joke - she ran the self cleaning stove as I was moving in and that's all that was done.nnDecent place to live but not much concern for tennents.

It was ok, but out washer washed terrible and stools didn't flush very good, always working on them. And front door didn't work anyone could come in your building. Other than that we really enjoy living there.

Yelp has my review of this place. Like the review below.. one small a/c that eats at your electricity bill during the summer.. They have like 6 bldgs so some are just oilfield and some families and some with annoying barking dogs that keep you up if you’re trying to sleep and one maintenance guy.. I don’t want to get started again
