This company has no morals, ethics or respect for their employees or the businesses that hire them to take care of their properties, they have a few names under the ERES umbrella. If you work or do business with this company honestly beware... look at your invoices and contracts very closely! Honestly felt like a modern day Ponzi scheme! The company just hit their 5 years in business total! Im waiting for them to be audited honestly!

When I hired on to ERES I was hoping to work for a company with opportunity,long term employment,make the company money, and grow in all aspects along with others at ERES But no room or chance to exceed in this company along other employees which some possess no skill,nor pride in the work they leave.The budgets on simple jobs!!!Good luck ERES in Williston.I should have felt bad for leaving but I could only see it getting better after working there.What an experience.
