Do NOT!! Rent from Elaine! She is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. Her manager has a serious attitude problem and will never pick up! Elaine is as rude and unprofessional As they come! When you move out she will charge you for stuff that wasn’t broken when you moved out. I had a professional cleaning company clean the house apon moving out and carpet cleaned and she is claiming the house was dirty and she still had to clean it which is an out right lie!!! The place is way over priced and she will say rude things about you to the people that work for her right in front of you while she’s on the phone! Any time we needed something repaired it seemed they had fired and rehired a different maintenance person. All of which had no idea what they where doing. We where told different things by all the people working there and no one would give us a strait answer. One maintenance person told us we are not allowed to change light bulbs because that was part of his job then by the next one it was the total opposite. Horrible people to work with and they blame everything on someone else.
