Lady at the desk was rude. When I walked in she asked me what I needed but when I started to explain that I was looking for a filtered shower head, she cut me off and demanded I go to the bathroom to wash my hands. I told her I would just use the hand sanitizer on her desk, which I did and then asked if she was ready to help me. She went to get someone else to help me. A man came and I explained the same thing to him and he kindly explained they didn’t have what I was looking for. Understandable, but the woman’s attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.
They have every kitchen knob.
Big fan of this store. We bought our kitchen's Hansgrohe faucet here and when we had a small issue, they immediately made it right.
