Steak sandwhich wasn't that great and they forgot one of the cookies from my order. Seemed a bit unorganized.

They make the best hoagies.nI went in ordered two and they were done in less than 10 minutes.nGotta love it.nCustomer for life.

The sandwiches are terrific but we have had such a poor time with the customer service. We made an online order on the website which charged my debit card. When we got to the store they couldn't find record of it. The store personnel said they can't do anything about it to my wife with an attitude. Now I have to figure out how to get this charge off my debit card. Another occasion included no bread for the sandwiches.

Although I like food from PrimoHoagies in general, this particular location is a bit sub par. They are open limited hours and days of the week, and the staff have a tendency to get orders somewhat wrong. I still occasionally get sandwiches here, as it is very convenient to where I live (a block away); however, I more often stop at the PrimoHoagies in Rio Grande, which is where I work - I prefer the food and service from this location.

Great subs, quality meats and cheese...the sides to go are awesome..eat there in summer at least 3 times a week.
