I’m in shock about the experience I just had to use the dog wash station at this location. Before covid last year I always brought my dog here for baths and the service and grooming station was great. Now with COVID they claim they only let one person in at a time (ok great) I was not only treated rudely upon arrival the station itself was horrifically filthy. I drove an hour to come here and my dog and I both got completely covered in white hair before we could even start (gray lab) before u could even attempt to make the room even remotely usable. I am beyond disgusted from the tub to the floor the walls the grooming table the mounds of towels dirt and the smell of urine I’m actually in disbelief this management could have gone so drastically down the drain in a time like this. This seriously should be looked into. I will never spend my money here again.

Staff is super friendly, and they have everything you could possibly need for everything from pets to livestock to lawn and garden.

First and last time here, would honor a wrong price

The employee that works at the store in EHT named Allison needs a course on customer service. VERY rude the way she talks to customers. Will not be returning anytime soon. Would love the regional manager to contact me if you want my continuing business.

Good prices and good selection. Will be going there from now on.
