Kattia was so awesome to work with as a customer. We did 2019-2020 snow removal and she was fast to answer any questions (no matter what day or time)she’d respond to texts or calls.One of the best property managers I’ve worked with for communication, and friendliness.

Prairie Vista Apartments are a great place to live. I've been living here for 14 months now. I am particularly impressed with the way the manager (Kattia) solves any issues that I have quickly and without fail. This is a quiet, serene, drama free atmosphere here.
