Do yourself a favor. Don’t sign a lease here. Dog waste in the halls. Doors that are supposed to be locked are always broken. Internet is worthless. Staff are less than helpful and forget about them being compassionate. Workout room equipment never works. I’m convinced these reviews as of recent are from their employees or people being paid. The amount of people moving out of this complex each week is astonishing.

Absolutely love living here. I am from Wyoming but work in North Dakota and the office staff always makes you feel at home. Racheal (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Amanda are definitely 2 of my favorites to deal with! They are always so happy and so nice. Extremely professional as well! Not to mention the apartments are so beautiful!

I have lived at Renaissance Heights for several years now. The apartments are very nice, and the facilities are kept up on pretty welln...but let's talk about that office staff! Since the new management has been in place (2019 to present) they have been amazing. My new lease manager was incredibly helpful when I downsized into a different apartment in my building...unfortunately her name escapes me at the moment..but she was amazing!...And then there's Tim Dyer...he's new...and had to deal with me on a frustrating day (not an easy venture..the guy handled it well)...but most importantly, when I needed a package put in my apartment due to high value..I called Tim and he was able to get it done...what Tim didn't know, was that the delivery service dropped off my 2 boxes at my old apartment on the 5th floor and they were both 100lb plus boxes. He chased the boxes down...physically pushed the boxes from one end and 3 floors of the apartment building. He got them into my apartment...not just in the door, but another several yards into my kitchen and out of the way....they don't pay this man enough for the level of customer/ resident service.

The community director, Tamara is amazing! She is always helpful and gets the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend living here just for her!

We like this community because it has elevators, an indoor pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, attached and detached garages. Spacious master bedroom and closet. Having central air instead of window A/C is absolutely amazing! And the staff is super friendly and very helpful.
