Galloway Ace Hardware

I went to ACE for supplies needed for plumbing related work at home. ACE is good for it's larger varieties of job specific material. Many items are better in quality, which makes acceptable, their slightly higher prices reflected by the quantities available. Especially when compared to the Lowe-Depot stores.n4 of 5 stars due to unorganized confusion and lack of consistency throught out the department. Found many similar, identical & exact same items in different spots on shelves with different prices . Misleading, non-matching or inconsistent items from price tag to price paid. Also, a decent amount of products with no existing price on or around it.n4 stars good for the friendly staff. Willingness to acknowledge, welcome, and assist every customer. Special deals, rewards offers and items with ridiculously low prices.

Although ordering was a bit time consuming for this old lady, staff was knowledgeable and patient on the phone. Items were scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They arrived today! Delivery guy a sweetly and Covid responsible. I just called Ted, the manager, to give his guys an Atta boy. Well done.

Small but super efficient...staff extremely helpful and knowledge...great place if you are looking for something specific

Very friendly staff more personable than Home Depot. You can find a great deal of items here that other big box stores would have. Since it is not as popular you can find a lot more availability on items that you are looking for.

I really like this store and have been going here for years. On Saturday my wife and I stopped in. There was a guy who didn't have a mask on and the woman behind the counter reminded him that it was store policy. She was quickly scolded and told to be quite and don't push the issue. If I can't count on the management to do the right thing for its customers and employees it may be time to shop elsewhere!
