They're always helpful. Good experience with all their staff. They made our move in and out so easy. They always scheduled maintenance in a timely fashion.

Great customer service, but when my wife and I needed assistance with setting a solid move in date so that we would be able to give our apartment 30 days notice, no help was given. Along with misinformation we were lied to about when our BAH was to be pulled and was taken earlier than said.

People are friendly. Houses are decent but the cost of rent is questionable. Its whatever your total BAH is just forewarning.

We love our house, staff were great, though the house had a few issues cosmetically on the front and could have been cleaned a little better. Still great though and still really happy!

We’ve been living in our home on base for over 5 years. The community is amazing and the staff here is always friendly and quick to offer solutions to any issues we’ve had. My kids love the splash pad and parks that are within walking distance of our home
