If youre like me and thinking what could go wrong while getting a quick trim because all the good stylists are overbooked, the answer is the worst cut of your life. I cry every time I try to style my hair, because nothing makes it look better. Its so unevenly choppy and butchered. You'd be better off giving yourself a cut. Trust me and hold off until you can have anyone else in the world cut your hair.

Way over priced. Charging for sanitizing that should have been done to start with. So from now on we will be going to great clips

I went in for a color, cut and style. I made it very clear i wanted to keep my dark roots and have it blend into a platinum blond. She gave me a smock with no towel underneath so my back and shirt were soaked after every wash and rinse. First place she put the bleach was on my roots after i told her i wanted to keep my dark roots. She did 3 rounds of bleach on my hair, my scalp burned so bad by the end. I ended up with completely white hair. She asked me if i want thin or chunky lowlights, i said thin and she gave me chunky. She took my hair in big chunks to trim it. Application process was horrible, there was no sectioning or foils for the bleach, just globbed it on my head and left it out in the open for all 3 rounds. Barely made an attempt to section my hair for the lowlight, she actually used foil for that. The only thing she listened to was when i told her don't touch my bangs. Wasted 4hrs and $285 for butchered hair, ended up coloring over it less than 24hrs later. Will never go back.

Horrible customer service if you don’t have the availability for appointments don’t make online scheduling an option and train you employees better to not argue about it with the customer it’s not our fault your website is no updated
