I am a local landlord in Sedalia MO. I have used Craig at Anderson Plumbing exclusively for all of my house projects. He is prompt, prices are reasonable, and he has always gone above and beyond. His wife Lisa is always a joy to speak with on the phone and quick to schedule any problems I am having. He has repaired plumbing in several properties for me . Completely replumbed an entire 4-plex including all 4 bathrooms and 4 kitchens and new water heaters. Craig showed up 20 minutes after I called about a tenant having a bad faucet in another property. Had it changed out in 10 minutes with a brand new one. Tenant was overjoyed, I was very satisfied. Craig even did some extra work, not necessarily plumbing for me when I couldn't get a contractor out to the place I was working on. I could not recommend Anderson Plumbing more, they are FANTASTIC!
