I would really like to say how very rude inconsiderate and downright mean I was treated sunday Oct 4 I took the train from Detroit lakes for first time .My ride couldn't pick me up till 3 PM everything was great till I came back to station at 2.30 pm after not being their all day walked into station to grab a drink from vending machine and the lady behind the counter loudly said you need a mask mine was buried i I apologized and asked if I could buy one she in a louder tone asked what I was doing here so I told her I was being picked up at 3 and that I rode the train in earlier that morning .And wow she told me I couldn't be their and it was for customers only and I need to leave now and I told her my ride would be here in mins and she proceeded to say in a louder manner she will have to pick you up somewhere else.Im a 54 yr old Male dressed nice was not rude or inconsiderate at all but that tarnished such a neat first time ride I will never go back their again best thing was I walked out pulling my wheeled bag and my ride showed up.and that's is how great businesses lose revenue because of inconsiderate lazy mouthy rude employee

Very friendly Amtrak people.

Definitely needs more signage. I followed directions andand got therethere, but a nice sign with the station name would be nice. May sound silly but at night it was not obvious.
