My husband and I just bought our 1st home. It was a very nerve racking process to say the least. Team Rock stars were amazing and I would recommend them any day of the week. DelRae is who we worked with primarily and she was such an amazing advocate for us. We had so many issues with our lender and DelRae went to bat for us. As a first time home buyer, I can honestly say I was nervous about the process. It is a large purchase and I had zero experience in the buying process. I have been a client of Sammy Herslip's for a few years now and cannot believe how smooth she has made my home buying journey. I am waiting for the right fit for me and Sammy has been patient, friendly, professional, prompt, and caring throughout the process. My realtor was Sammy Herslip, she got traffic and showings but since we live out of state she was our eyes on the ground, she never went ahead of showings to prepare house for showing, the carpets and flows were dirt and never recommended for a cleaner to come at least before showing, toilets were never flushed and dead bugs were on marble floors. We incurred a huge bill and renovations because she never turned off pipes during the cold winter, pipes broke and caused flooding. I wonder what she really does as a realtor. I would never recommend her to anyone and I will never rely on a bill board to hire a realtor. Really disappointed.
