Angela helped us find my family a home before we even got to Minot from out of state. She made the process super easy. She took videos of homes and provided all details to include the good, bad and the ugly. When we got to Minot we just had to wait for closing day because she helped me take care of everything with me not being there in person. I am so thankful for her services and my wonderful home.

Working with Angela Simonson at Brokers 12 far exceeded all of my expectations. Angela was an AWESOME agent! As a first time home buyer, I was not very familiar with much of the terminology used or even with the home buying process. Right away Angela was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. She had a great understanding of the local market that definitely saved my wife and I not only money, but the grief of buying a poorly built home. For example, after our first telephone call, she researched the homes that my wife and I were interested in and found that one home was built by a contractor who has three separate open lawsuits against them for homes built in this area. She researched this and had this information at our first set down visit two days from our first phone call. Angela displayed her professionalism & great communication skills by not only in the negotiation with the sellers agent, but she also worked with my loan officer to help expedite and work out issues with the loan process. This allowed her to draw from her experience of the local market and advise the lender, who was out of state. Although she doesn't work in the lending side of the buying process, she would help me and point me in the correct direction to get the results I needed. She always answered her phone and replied to texts & emails swiftly. Angela was willing to meet with my wife and I at times that were convenient to our schedules to not only view our possible new home, but also to put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. Her negotiation skills really made my wife and I feel that she had our best interests in mind. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really helped to relieve my stress. From the time she showed us the home, till our closing was just at 30 days and looking back things did happen quickly. What a ride it was, and Angela was there with us at our side, the entire time! I highly recommend Angela Simonson to anyone who is looking to buy or sale a home.
