I had no idea what I was doing as I began looking at homes, as this was my first time. Drew talked me through each home and signs of things to look for, pros and cons of each home. He would mention warning signs in homes or good foundation. He would talk about things that would need updating soon, if not immediately, and how much that would cost. He was knowledgeable on the VA Loans and flagged items the VA were probably not going to approve until fixed. And to top it all off, he never pushed me to buy any house. He seemed truly intent on selling me my home, rather than the one that would make him the most money. All in all Drew was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and I would gladly recommend him.
