They were one of the few companies to call me back when I wanted to set up a tour of a few apartments prior to moving to Minot. Ended up at a really nice apartment 3 minutes from my job. The apartment was cleaned and modern, with a balcony and an optional garage for a great price. Look forward to staying here.

When I first moved there they were great, absolutely fantastic. Great place to live, great people to talk to if something needs to get fixed overall great. Towards the end of my time in Minot I had to go month to month due to orders to leave which is around an extra $50 a month. Then when I came to leaving I understood that I would have probably $300 fees for cleaning I’d have to pay (standard apartment stuff I understand) however, a month and a half after I moved out I received a bill for $588. I was charged late fees that my automatic payments didn’t cover from their website, I was charged an extra $5 a day for an apartment that I no longer lived in because their automatic payment system didn’t work. That totaled to $120. On top of other items that were cleaned before I moved the total cost was $700+ minus my deposit was $588. I was never notified of late fees until 1 1/2 months later when another $120 was added to my bills. Overall I would highly recommend living there until you move out, then get ready to pay for the entire apartment all over again.nnUpdates, Caydra from IMM is the best person in customer service that I have ever talked to. She explained every single thing and was so nice. After looking into everything she even refunded some of the money that I had to pay. Caydra is absolutely fantastic and if you want customer service call her. Also would highly recommend a pay raise. THANK YOU CAYDRA

They’re not great at responding to maintenance requests. Unless it’s an emergency they’ll probably just ignore it, and even then they take their sweet time. They also charged us for the most absurd things when we moved out, but after a few weeks of back and forth they ended up giving us back $15 of our deposit. Wasn’t great, but it was better than what they originally claimed, and they were nice enough about it.

Siri Fisher was very helpful and welcoming to me as a customer. She broke down the process and made it easy to understand. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d recommend IMM Apartments, Siri Fisher for a quick stress free pleasant process.
