The Chateau Apartment Homes

Have lived here for about a year and half and the staff is great. The cleaning staff is always on point and the maintenance has always gotten back to me very quickly. Had a request for a dryer power issue last Friday and the amazing repair guy (Lucas) not only responded that day but also efficiently swapped out my dryer. He was very kind and didn't hesitate at all to help out!

In all honesty. This apartment has probably been one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff are very nice to talk to but trying to sleep here is absolutely painful. Between having to hear my upstairs neighbors do the nasty at ungodly hours and people sitting in their cars at 1am to blast there music so loud I cant sleep. Also something with the building or security of the place has already destroyed the RF hub in my vehicle meaning I couldn't unlock, lock, or start my truck. Something blocks the signal of my key and my truck cant register that I'm near. It still continues to do it no matter where I am, even when I'm parked in my garage stall, I have to be standing next to my truck in order for it to work. I cant even auto-start my vehicle. When I brought this up to the staff there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was a way I could relocate to another property but all was offered was apartments that were out of my price range. I have had bad experiences with this place but I don't blame the staff for it, they have usually tried to assist me and I'm assuming my noise complaints were taken care off. Overall if I knew about the experience I would've had here and the hassle I wouldn't have chosen to live in The Chateau (old style building). I have never in my life reviewed anything but this place made me feel obligated to do one.

Great, clean apartments. Great staff. Maintenance always quick to fix any issues. No more free laundry though.

Clean apartment complex and the free washer and dryer was AWESOME to have!! Plus the pool was nice when I had the time off to enjoy it

Earlene Foster at the Chateau Minot,N.D. was gentle,kind,very helpful, a real gem!!! She helped us to get settled and was very giving of her time . She made it very easy to settle at the Chateau
