Needed a car wash on our road trip to get off the dirt and bug grime. Fortunately, found Toad's in my car wash search. Very clean and modern. Thorough wash and free vacuums. Very pleased.
Spent 97.00 person at register cashier was distracted and forgot to scan my rewards card when I asked to scan it I was told it was to late. Will just get rid of rewards will not do business there again.
They used to be a lot better. Vehicles come out wet and for some reason the think the air line is for drying the outside of the mirror. It's for getting the water out from behind.
I used to work here as a supervisor, well I was in town and decided to get a car wash, got the works plus to make sure it got completely clean and was the only car in line, they took my ticket and rolled me right away, didn't spray me with bug juice or anything even though I had bugs allllll over the front, I got out at the end and my car was still soaked and had bugs everywhere, when you pay 18$ for a car wash you expect to come out CLEAN, this place has gone way way down hill and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, I'd now rather go to simonson than toads any day with how they treat their jobs
Good service, the car looks great after a much needed wash. Little upset that the towel boy on the passenger side in which I was sitting didn't tell me to have a good day, but the towel boy on the drivers side had no problem telling my girlfriend to have a great day. Overall good experience, will definitely go again only next time I'm hoping to have someone to tell me to have a great day!
