I can't believe they discontinued roast beef! We will not be going back because that's what I always get. We will be taking our business to Casey's from now on!

Went back, to give them a second chance after DESTROYING my order the first time. They put veggies that had fallen off other sandwiches onto mine and were extremely rude.nnFast forward to tonight; the two girls working in there REMEMBERED ME and purposely messed my sandwich up. The other girl refused to take my order. Just stood there and stared at me until the other girl came to her rescue.nnI’ve said something to management about their employees and obviously it does no good. 0/10 would not recommend if you’re ever in Troy.

The staff was extremely rude. One of the girls put dirty toppings from the line back into the make table to put on our sandwiches. When we asked her to use the onions that weren’t just contaminated, she copped an attitude (but I guess that’s what happens when you’re a high schooler who hates her job). The girl working the register threw our change at us when we paid for our sandwiches. The service was subpar, which is to be expected since it’s never great here. But if you want a sandwich fast, I guess this is a place to go. Just don’t expect it to be worth it.
