A girlfriend and I stopped by to get pedicures on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was super clean and the decor was adorable. We both agreed that the service was top notch and a job well done. Will be recommending this place to my friends!

I just moved to Troy a few months ago and have been trying to find a good nail place. I was going to another salon but left very unhappy with my nails the last time so I decided to give lovely nails a try and I'm so happy that I did because I had such a great experience today! The lady that did my pedicure was awesome and really took her time and I was able to relax. The staff was very friendly. I look forward to going back!

If I could give no stars I would. Went in there twice had a good visit although the older couple seem huffy puffy about being there, seems like they been there to long. I went a third to fill nails and fix that weren't even two weeks old. They did not dry my nails all the way and I even said I didn't think they were dry they said no you ok. I leave get to where I'm going just reach in my purse for change and they were messed up. Needless to say I went back they fixed them with attitude blame me for not getting gel polish. I proceed to say no you been working with regular polish for years I told you they weren't dry no apologies no offer of discount. So they double the dry time and still after I leave the second time one or two mess up. At this point I don't have the time to go back a third time. I call no apologies again no offer of discount. Offer for me to come back later and they fix em. Mind you this is my gas. My time and just no remorse for there actions. I told them no I don't want nothing from you. My opinion. Not friendly atmosphere. Feel rushed. The treat standard requesting people sub par. Not a place I will go back or recommend.

I have lived in Troy for a year and wanted to try the nails shops to see which one I liked best and my experience here was far from good. My nails had air bubbles, dents, uneven laying of the acrylic, shaped all wonky, and not to mention how much glue and polish was all over my skin. I had to pay $93 for nails that I was not satisfied with simply because if he couldn’t see the problem at first how would he fix it??? I tipped and left and went straight to WINFIELD NAILS!!!! The best place hands down in Troy. Na is the best and she fixed everything for me right away, no questions asked because she was just as upset in the quality as I was and that’s sad. My account is hardly fake. And why would another business tell me to talk about another shop?? That sounds so immature. N I AM IN YOUR BOOKS. I still can show the transaction in my bank account. It’s not my fault I had poor service and had to get it fixed else where! Then, for you to come at me like that when you have PLENTY of bad reviews goes to show that you knew what you did was wrong and I hit a nerve!!! Good day dude sorry I speak the truth.
