Lori gave my son THE BEST HAIRCUT he's ever had. He's got 2 unruly cowlicks and wavy/ curly hair patterns. We have never been this pleased with his cut before. I'll be back just for her. Wonderful experience. I'll send my husband and myself too in hopes for the same experience. Best hair cut!!!

Do not use online check in. Do not come here during quarantine- they aren’t following the online check in procedures. They are allowing those that show up first come first serve. I checked in online at 11, then I waited my time for over an hour as it said to. I followed the instructions on the app saying that it was 10 minutes until my cut. When I showed up I waited outside for 30 more minutes. After asking the manager if people were going in that checked in after me wouldn’t answer straight if they were following online check in procedures. I knew that was the case because I checked in right when it opened. It said wait time 50 minutes. How was there 50 minutes worth up people getting their hair cut right when it opened unless there was a line out the door. That being said, after following the time instructions on the app it said they were ready when there were people going in before me. So either way it’s wrong. The app times should reflect how much time is left regardless of quarantine. The manager should observe the check in rules otherwise people just get more frustrated. Te response was “we have three hairstylists during this difficult time”. That blanket statement doesn’t fix the fact the you didn’t do it right. Not coming back here.
