Showed up exactly when requested. Repaired leaking valve and joint. Cleaned up debris, checked for leaks and any other issues 3 separate times before leaving. Well done! Only insignificant detail; no branded shirt or name patch to identify as D&M Plumbing. Except for the van of course. Just over $100, which was worth it for the piece of mind.
Mark was very thorough cleaning of our tank, inspecting it and giving me a run down of the health of our tank. I hope they read this review because they should have received a 4 star rating for missing the timeframe of my appt and not calling to inform/update me. However they did such great job once they arrived that it quickly made up for it. They even hosed out the tank to guarantee nothing was missed and performed a visual inspection. I couldn't beat the cost either! Since they are one of the few septic cleaners in the county you might have to be flexible with when they show up, a draw back for sure, but the quality and price is worth the wait.
We were very satisfied with the quick response we received. He knew what he was doing and did a quality job.
Made appt for 8:15 and took a day off work to meet them at my in laws house. Got a call at 7:45 saying they could not be there until noon. We had other work to do at the house so it was a little frustrating, but not a big deal. Noon rolls around and still no plumber. Called back after noon and was told 15min. 4pm came and we called it a day,
