The staff is always friendly but they consistently get my order wrong and if my friends and I order 7-10 items we'll get 5-6 sauce packets at best.

Food was fine. For a business that requires masks inside...1 employee didn't wear 1. The other 5 or 6 employees had the mask down below nose and some below mouth too. There is 15 tables. We were only ones inside. 6 of those tables were dirty. ..

Where I live the drive thru takes forever and they never give u the right kind of sauce or sometimes I don't get any sauce. Most of the time the hard taco shells r always broken so much u might as well eat it as a taco salad and a few times more than a few times I have gotten something I didn't order so now I check everything before I leave, u would think as long as it takes them 2 get u through the drive thru there shouldn't b a mix up that they should have your order right but either they r 2 busy in there playing around with each other and not paying attention 2 what u asked 4 or they r just hiring anybody off the street no matter if they can can do the job or not lol.

Ever since the menu change and the chicken not being shredded unless you ask, the quality of things has gone down. Do not get me wrong, I love taco bell. However, each time I get something with chicken that isn't shredded, the chicken chunks are dry and almost too hard to chew. I am very disappointed with the way our Taco Bell is going. Don't get the chicken that isn't shredded. It's bad.
