I'm in town on the way to a wedding and discovered the vintage dress I packed for the rehearsal dinner had stains on it that are probably 40 years old at least.nI called ahead before later bringing the dress in.nnThe staff's knowledge of everything from vintage dresses to types of materials to types of stains to how to go about working on such a thing was so helpful. It was also really meaningful to me the amount of time she was willing to spend in talking about this and helping me learn as well.nnAnd the end of the story is the stains are gone! I held the dress up in bright sunlight and can't find where they were!
I like the convenience of the drive thru, and staff was friendly but my coat came back with lots of buttons missing that were not missing before but noted to me when I got it back that they were already missing? How would that have been possible? My buttons weren't missing, now they are and I spent $30 to get dry cleaned and now haven't even worn them.
Excellent and Friendly Staff, willing to help out with all of my dry cleaning needs.
Drive thru helps so much when you have so many things to do!
