I have never had a problem getting my clothes back on time! There is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man at the front desk. I have been here numerous times and will come back!
Dropped a wedding veil off on a Monday and made it very clear I was getting married on Saturday. They said it would be ready for pick-up Thursday after 4 pm. I went to pick it up that Friday morning and they said it was not there. They had to call and find it and I had to drive to the Clinton location the morning of my wedding to pick my veil up .When I got it back, it was damaged!!!! So thank you Elite Cleaners for causing unnecessary stress on my wedding day. If you couldn't give the service I needed you should have said so in the first place!!
