I’ve been renting from 1st Minot for a couple years now. Hands down they are the best management company in town. Professional, friendly office staff, reasonable rent prices, fast/knowledgeable maintenance staff that will get the job done in a timely manner. Minot’s #1 Property Management Company in my opinion!

These people are criminals. They attempted to not refund me after trying to swindle me yet it doesn’t work because I am too smart. In two days a real company will do what this company tries to do in two weeks. 0/10. They’ve wrote my 575$ check wrong twice now.

A very well-to-do management company that cares about it's tenants. I've been renting through them for 2-3 years and really do enjoy how they're very understanding of overnight time schedules when it comes to maintenance. They're good in my book and I'll keep renting from them for the foreseeable future!

Dont waste your time with this management. They will find ways to take your deposit.

The best experience I’ve had with a management company in Minot! They are fair, flexible, and friendly. If there was ever anything that needed their attention, they were there. They are always professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Magic City area.
