So far I am loving living here. Quiet building, nice apartments, what's not to like?!

Nice apartments with amenities. The bottom floor is a company, and they have a contract with snow removal...which sounds nice, except for the fact that you will be woken up anywhere between 11pm-3am by a loud snowblower. No matter how many times I complain or how many residents complain, our grievances aren’t taken into consideration.

By far, one of the best apartments that I have rented for the sq ft and price! Apartments are nice looking with the neutral colors, accent wall in the living room, contemporary cabinetry with a nice backsplash. Has nice amenities like it is a secure building, has a community room with a very large outdoor patio, underground parking, car wash and more! Weight room has the necessities to get in a decent workout as well. Have rented several places in Minot, Tampa FL and St Pete FL. For the price and sq ft I get here, I am truly happy!

A great apartment at a great price! Quiet, secure, and very nice place to live. It's got to be one of the best in Minot. Personally, I wouldn't live anywhere else! It's right in the middle of great shopping and dining. If there is a vacancy, grab it while it's available...these places don't last in the market for long!

I lived here for 14 months. Underground garage is very convenient and has a car wash. The only problem is that it gets extremely dusty from all the snow residue. They will vacuum the grounds but it needs pressure washing. As the cars drive a cloud of dust covers the space.nHighest concern is snow cleaning noise its unbearable. The start cleaning the snow at 2 AM and lasts until 4:30-5 so sleep is severely disrupted. We have complained countless times but the management company cant seem to have control over the cleaning schedule.nSafety of the building is questionable. Garage door has a delay in the closure and the elevators do not require a key to operate them granting access to anyone that desires to enter the building.nGym is completely outdated and equipment are dirty and falling apart.nCommunity room is really nice and the balcony with the grill is very nice.nThe room sizes are very spatious but if you live in the second floor you cant sleep at night from the upper floor noise. The floor insulation is very poor leading to ceiling vibration at all hours of the night.nnSo over all its a convenient location
