They care out to my home to fix a clogged sink. The job was not done correctly the first time and they had to come back. They did not stand behind their work and I was charged for the second visit, an additional $198. My husband called to inquire and Jason blamed my husband for the job not being done correctly the first time. My husband is not a plumber and relied on their “expertise” to fix the problem.

I had Drain Surgeons come out to help me with some toilets that were backing up in my home. They were very responsive and professional. Extremely helpful at explaining the issue in layman's terms. They were well worth the money! Definitely recommend!

Saw their work van on the highway, and decided to give them a call. I had called 3 other companies who (Took a message) to never responded. They answered, scheduled a time, and showed up on time. That was nice. Took about 2 hours and was complete. Our tech was very nice as well, and explained all that he had done. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks again :)
