I was able to get my order replaced even tho I had for gotten my ticket.. however as I was thanking them for replacing my order the manager had an attitude and was very short. Never once apologized for the inconvenience... I am a manager as well at a local BK so I first hand know how hard it is to be in customer service. But respect is respect regardless of where you are in this world.

I don't even want to give any stars for this location, but I wanted to comment on this. I completely understand if there are issues going on in the workplace but, I also understand, people are glued to the internet. It is not that difficult to actually update your hours so people don't waste their time, trying to get their food. I have always enjoyed Arby's but, as a person who Actually Understands issues and having to work around your scheduling, they have apparently forgotten that you should cover all ends. In the lovely times we live in now (TECHNOLOGY!!!!) you should as a business make it aware that your hours have changed (DAILY)!!! It's NOT THAT HARD! Thank you for being another added annoyance to our every day lives now!!! Maybe attempt to do your job and not mislead your customers.

Went this afternoon and had 4 in a family eating. Wife wanted a roast chicken salad and when asked what type of dressing they have I was told we don’t have any. My next question was to ask how do they serve salads with no dressing not to mention they’re soda machine being down as well. A short pause and a different voice comes over intercom and tells me dreading they have we asked for ranch. Not the end of the world and get home, light ranch instead of no ranch and my chicken Swiss sandwich has mayo all over instead of honey mustard. Wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t allergic to mayo. Called to request one to be remade or a refund and tried three times no answer. Which is okay but I just won’t be back to this location.

Not very friendly in the drive thru...starting with the young man who took our order, he was very short, didn't repeat the order back and just didn't sound happy at all. The girl in the window was not very enthusiastic either. We ordered 3 sliders and they packed them all in one tiny bag, the sauce from the buffalo chicken slider soaked the bag so when we got home and went to carry it in the bag ripped apart from being wet and the food all fell on the ground. I usually am happy with my experience here, most often the manager is who is in the window when I come through, super nice guy and get much better service when he's present evidently...
