Front counter girl(Hanna) very nice and friendly. Cashier not so much(male teen) no name tags on anyone. If not for the nice greeting would have been lower. Manager lady said have a nice day on the way out.nnFood was fast, hot and tasty.
Terrible customer service at this location. It's a good thing they have good food because the service was awful. We sent on Sunday (9/20/2020) around 1:45. The girl who took our order didn't look at us and was talking to her computer screen the whole time. The person at the grill was rude to another customer who asked a question. We waited 20+ minutes to get our order while watching them focus on the pinging on the tablet on the counter and fix those orders first. Just a thought, but maybe pay attention to the actual people standing in your store. The mask doesn't exempt you from providing good service to the real-live people who are in the store. My advice to the walk-ins is find a different location to spend your money in.
Manager bagged up my to-go order, when I open the bag at my office there are no napkins. To-go orders should always have napkins in the bag for obvious reasons. The workers seem like they hate it there. One of them takes your order with an attitude as if doing their job is such an inconvenience. I've gave this place a few tries but they've lost my business. Customers are the reason you are still in business, treat them that way.
Absolutely love this place, I have yet to find anything that I don't like here. Subs are fantastic frys are to die for!!!
This place was delicious! The bread was some of the best bread I've ever had at a sub place. I was hesitant on ordering the fries, but so glad I did! The fries are so good. This will definitely be my go-to sub place from now on!
