I absolutely love this place, I’ve been going there for about 7 years now. I got a full set of gel acrylics with a design today. They turned out so good and exactly like my reference photo. My tech didn’t say his name but he did a great job. I will absolutely be continuing my attendance there!

We’ve been going to this same place for years, even before Cindy owed it, the past year they’re business has been going down hill. They never keep the same workers so it’s a new experience every time. The past couple of times I have went in to get the dip they haven’t lasted for more than a week and Cindy always take care of you when you go to get them redone. Cindy is quite aggressive when she files your nails and very unaware when she grinds your skin. Today she redid my dip and grinded/filed my skin until I was bleeding and she would just shove my arm out of her way. I told her I wanted to keep my length and she filed them down anyway, she never asked what shape I wanted and filed them round and it was too late for me to speak up because I never got a chance to look at my nails as it felt like she was just trying to rush and get me out of the door and it was not like they where busy.

I had a full set of acrylics with gel. I receive these services on regular basis. The quality is very poor within 3 days my nails have lifted the materials were not put on the entirety of the nail. The technician only wants to up charge me and try to add to the services that he could not even peform the normal ones up to par. Shape or length. Equipment/materials cheap.
