The food is not that great. I ordered cheese bread and fries. The texture of the bread and cheese was very very rubbery. The fries would have been okay but terrible under seasoned. There was zero salt on them. I asked for ranch for dipping and that taste awful. I’m pretty sure great value ranch is better.nnOverall this is not my thing. The food was terrible and I didn’t care for the customer service.

So, you set a time to stop ordering. 7:30 I think. We placed an order well before that time. Confirmed at 7:09. Received a message that the order was delayed at the business nearly 45 minutes later. At 8:01, without explanation, received a message that the order was cancelled. Horrible service, offer me no excuses. Now scrambling to get food for a family of four at 8:21.
Amazing food, I’ve been going here for 3 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Sure they can be a bit of a wait but it’s understandable and all worth it once you get your food. The store manager Misty has been nothing but nice to me and always starts conversation. She along with the staff have created a welcoming and homely environment that I will continue to return to.
I posted a bad review for this location, and now I must eat crow. After speaking with the manager, we revealed the service anomalies to be associated with Postmates, not Penn Station. I stand corrected and I still love Penn Station sandwiches!
