Booked a haircut online with Kathy. She is friendly, listens to what you want & then follows through with exactly that. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that, when I was trying to find the correct shade of foundation, I could not utilize their testers of the product to make sure I had the correct color. They had all been taped down and there were sign stating that customers weren't allowed to touch the testers...that they were there to look at only. What sort of cosmetic store doesn't allow their customers to try on a product to ensure they purchase the correct shade? That, right there folks, is a prime example of how fanatical the managers of these companies can get in the wake of all this COVID-19 virus hype.
I highly recommend Kelsey! She did an amazing job on my full highlight/balayage and haircut! She’s super polite and sweet. I went in with an idea and she made it come to life! Please book her, you won’t be disappointed!
I had a great experience at the salon today especially it’s my first time having my hair done. Carlie was very accommodating to all of my questions and worries, she really knows what to do! Highly recommend her!
Kathy Duchsherer is amazing. She cuts my 89 year old Mother’s hair exactly like she likes it. Kathy treats you more like family than a customer. If your looking for someone to have cut your hair for years, Kathy Duchsherer is the woman for you.
