This was my first time there. I had Kathryn and she is awesome. My hair is perfect and she was great to talk with. I got all over color and highlights. I'm so thankful Ice found my new stylist
Cassie did my hair today and walked me through what could be possible and probably wasn’t due to over processed hair from using home bleach kits multiple times. We decided to go with a deep mahogany for the all over color and foil wrapped some of the already blonde chunks to use as highlights. It’s beautiful and I absolutely adore it.nSo thank you Cassie
William did a very poor job on my wife’s perm. He was extremely unprofessional and belligerent for the the entire 2 hours she was there. We had to pursue a chargeback with the bank to get the $97 refunded. The business refused to give us the William’s last name or license number. We have filed complaints with the department of professional registration and strongly urge anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. Wal-Mart gives better service than these folks.
Went there today to get a haircut as it shows online they're open. I arrive at the Fenton location and a sign in the window stating they're closed for the holiday. Wasted my time to go.
