I went on 10/15 and had to come back 10/16. Cause the coat which they said wasn't. But was peeling off. Got told I am very picky... (which I am when I am paying for someone to do quality work) still not happy. My last dip polish lasted 3 weeks and still looked great.... not from here. And they said it looked horrible. Which looked great and was what I wanted. But was rude and as I was leaving I still said thank you but she was exasperating oh my gosh like I am a horrible person for speaking up about something not being correct. I was told it was because of my natural nail. She was trying to manipulate the situation. Trying to put it on me that it was my fault. Which wasn't. So I did try this shop first time was last night. However with how the treatment was and how they reacted when it should have been a simple talk about what was going on. She kept getting loud. I was not going to stoop to that level when all needed to be done was to redo the top coat. Not again. Hope I guess the manager who has been doing nails for 20 years can find it in her to become more professional, listen to her client. Then fix the problem. So I will be getting them fixed somewhere more caring about the client!!!!

This is the best nail shoppe in the St Louis area. They do a great job on your nails and really care about their clients. I love coming here and recommend it all the time❤
