Kenny G. & the rest of the staff were wonderful & made my experience extremely great! The staff interacted with my friend & I & made us feel welcome, I have never been in a nail place that did that before, usually I feel like I'm invading their soace... It is very inexpensive compared to where I am from. I will definitely make the trip back again just to go to QPI! Thank you Kenny G
Went for the first time today. During my pedicure the guy cut my foot. During my manicure I asked for my ring finger to be grey and the rest be a different color. Well he painted my ring finger a light purple color and acted surprise when I wanted the color changed. He also got upset when I told him to change the color. He rushed through my manicure and the polish looks very thick and uneven in places. Than when I did not leave a tip due to bad service he gave me a mean look. Not my worse experience but definitely will not be going back there again.
Fought with my nails to peel the gel of instead of doing what I’ve seen every other salon in Minot do (Been to them all). They usually use the spinning tool which is WAY more effective anyways. It was super uncomfortable and clearly not the best for my nails being that I’ve never seen my actual nail start peeling. He kept the file on my skin 90% or the time instead of my nail and couldn’t give my nail the square shape I always get. You would spend the same at S&P or Bella and they’re both very good spas!
David did an excellent job of explaining the typed of acrylics .. the newest trends and I even let him ick my nail polish for my pedi... His wife did my brows and was so sweet... Annie was awesome ... My card was accidentally charged wrong and they fixed it no harm no foul... So at the end of the day... I totally love this place and I'm never gonna ing elsewhere
