These street officers need training, they have low iqs but high confidence. Seems they have no intelligent leadership.

Shady municipality at best. They would rather have seatbelt check points and write tickets for licence plate lights than do actual police work and get rid of the drug dealers and violent people. Don't forget they like to tow people's vehicles off of private property without proper notice using the mayor's significant other's towing company.

Constant speeding on Cherry Lane, Festus Horine road and Stone Water neighborhood. Police just ride around and never pull anyone over. But can’t pull over your buddies, right?
