HORRIBLE. Got tacos with just meat and cheese for my child. They barely put anything in the shell. Ordered a nacho party pack. Majority of the chips didn’t have cheese. Husband called to see what happened and the chick Lizzie there got an attitude with him and sarcastically apologized for the amount of cheese. We paid for extra too and she said “sorry it wasn’t to yourrrr standards” so incredibly rude. He said he will call corporate and she just laughed and said okay fine.... I get they are probably teenagers but seriously. It was so poorly made. Like didn’t even try
It's the best bell around better than desoto or festus.
Quite often our order is messed up or missing something. Even when they aren’t busy at all. When you call to make them aware, they are rude and dismissive.
Very professional and kind. I have a loud truck and they couldn’t hear me in the drive threw speaker so they made sure my order was correct when I pulled up to the window. They even gave me a free taco for the “inconvenience” lol 10/10
It seems every time I go thru the drive up they mess up my order. This evening I ordered 3 taco Supremes and 2 burrito Supremes, when I got home I actually had 1 taco supreme and 3 burrito Supremes. My bill was 16.35. Don't know about the price difference but will start checking my order at the drive thru from now on or go to Desoto.
