Forgot the cheese on 3 out of 4 sandwiches. The sweet onion teriyaki sauce tasted like it was made 2 weeks ago. Just overall terrible experience. And would not offer a refund in store after using door dash. Would not recommend eating at this location.
Ordered a footlong club and it was completely the wrong sandwich it had no cheese not the right meat. I tried too call the store 3 times and they never answered and they don’t close til 10pm. I’ll be calling in the morning
I had a 6 in. meatball marinara and my husband ordered a ft.long spicy Italian. Yummy!!
Ordered online, when i got there they wanted to argue with me about what bread i could have on my sub. Told me mgr told them all online orders could only be white or wheat bread. The boy making my subs was very polite an nice, but one of the other girl employees had friends standing around while everyone else was working. She was out on the floor with them talking an giggling. Very unprofessional setting. Poor mgmt!
Be cautious eating at this location They are knowingly allowing employees to work who were directly exposed to a Covid positive coworker. Another worker was fired for not working with exposed employees in the non-sanitized store.
