It’s so sad to see customer service at its worst... there were several employees in the store, completely ignoring us. We stood at the service desk for 5 minutes without acknowledgement from one employee ud83eudd7a I hope other Meeks has better customer service… The Joplin store really needs to retrain their employees.
Awful customer service, everyone just stared. Go any place but here!
Great people, great prices!
I stopped into Meeks to get some wire nuts, but it turned out I also had a quickly deflating tire due to a recent puncture. I also discovered that my spare tire was impossible to retrieve due to extensive corrosion in the release mechanism. With help and ingenuity from a few of the sales associates, I was able to cobble together a temporary fix that got me home, where I removed the tire and took it for repair. I spent about an hour there, and at no time did anyone become impatient or unwilling to help. Thanks to everyone who lent a hand!
