Our experience with metro plains.n1928 Villas Ct Dickinson NDnMy wife and I lived there for two years, when we moved in the unit was not clean, the carpets were not shampooed or in good condition. Before we moved In I personally had them cleaned because the landlord or company wouldn’t do anything about it. Now two years are up we purchased a home and moved to a new town.nWe had a deposit of 800, we never got our deposit back. in addition, they decide to charge us for carpet cleaning for $455.00 and we already had a professional cleaner come in and clean the carpets! On top of that they charged us for new carpet and Vinyl. For 689.00! The carpets needed to be replaced two years before we moved in. They also charged us for any little thing they could possibly think of. Their plan is to charge the next coming renters to fix their repairs. I refuse to pay for the cleaning and new carpet because when we moved out the cleaner got them as good as they will get.nWhen we would need, something done you could never get a hold of the landlord or anyone for that fact, only way to get anyone’s attention if you walked into their offices unannounced. The concrete is breaking to the point any rain or snow that melts goes right inside the garage. All I can say is these townhouses are cheaply made and the management company is a joke.nDecent place for two people. I wouldn’t start a family here. They have had multiple townhomes have sewer issues and have 2-4 inches of sewage in the basement. Kids are always playing on the streets never at the park or on the grass. In the summer, there’s bicycles and skateboards on the streets I had to stop and move them so I would drive over them multiple times.nThe basement stairs are way too small. There’s no way to get a queen box spring down the steps. The master bedroom is huge but them the bathroom is so small only one person can be in there at a time. The garages aren’t angled for the floor drain water just puddles in the garages, Causing the neighbors water/melted snow to pass through the walls of the neighbors. When the water sits near the walls it’s causing it to have mold grow from the bottom up. The basement window is in a huge hole (which is dangers for kids) causing all the snow in the spring to melt and drip through the basement window. Come inside. No space for kitchen table. Again, decent for a couple. No space for a family. With all the issues. There’s no reason rent needs to be 1600-1800 for a month.

Laura is amazing. She has taken on others problems and handled them. No excuses.

We were on time paying tenants for over a year. They treat you horribly in the end, just too many headaches when its all done with. Bad management skills, wouldn't recommend this place. Plus the way that place was built, our heater never caught up because the downstairs is always sooo cold, we added a space heater and our breaker always tripped because all of the downstairs outlets and switches are on one circcuit, Apartments in dickinson were better.

Nice properties from the outside, could possibly do better cleaning the snow out, and the ice for visitors as myself.
