Called on a Monday to schedule a service call because my heater had quit. He told me he couldn't get to me till Wednesday. I told him that was fine that I wouldn't be home until 1 in the afternoon. He asked me if 2 o'clock would work, and I said yes. He said he would call and give me a 30 minute heads up. Wednesday came and no 30 minute call, or show up, or even a courtesy call to tell me that he wasn't coming at all!
We woke to no A/C on a Friday morning. Matt was able to get out to our house and diagnose the issue by that afternoon. We had our new unit installed that Tuesday and couldn't be happier with the professionalism, quality of work, dependability, and value we received from Matt and his team. We are in the process of building a new home and will be using J & M for our new system.
Made an appointment for a friday morning. Waited until 10:30 on friday and called to see when he was coming out he said he would be their in 2 hours. I waited until 1 and tried calling and they wouldn't answer. Waited half a day and never showed up find a different hvac company.
Matt and his Dad came out and worked on replacing our unit in the heat of the day. My husband greatly enjoyed his Dads stories and enjoyed visiting with him. He’s always invited to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner now (you know where we live). We couldn’t be more pleased with the quick and efficient service. Thank you so much!
Professional, prompt, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend using these guys for your heating and air needs. They went above and beyond to get a new A/C unit put in when mine went out.
