Have had great experience all 4 times I have been there. Everthing has been ready on time and looks perfect. Followed their suggestions for cleaning/pressing/laundering new garments and they could not have turned out better. Thank you. Greg

Well first off they have this one employee that works later in the day probably in her mid 30s and is the rudest person I ever met. Her attitude is terrible along with her customer service. To top it all off they ruined my boyfriends brand new expensive pair of black jeans and turned them gray. I called the manager and she said flip over the back of your ticket it says not responsible for fades. They should be responsible for fades if they caused it. The manager said since I requested starch on those pants that the starched caused the fade. STARCH does not cause fade! My boyfriend always has his pants heavily starched and we never have had issues, so obviously this business does not know what their doing. I will never come here again and I do not recommend people to come here. Go somewhere else, and plus their customer service shows in their quality.

I worked for this company and I do NOT recommend ANYONE work for Ryan’s Cleaners. By far the WORST employers I have ever dealt with in my life and I am not the only one to say this. The owner, Dennis Ryan, treats his employees like garbage, talks down to his employess like they are stupid, calls his employees names, DOES NOT CARE about his employees OR his customers. This company ruins people’s clothes and does not care to remedy the situation. All they care about is money. Greedy, cold hearted people who get rid of their employees at Christmas time. The workers, including the owner, smoke cigarettes in the plant where the cleaning is done near the clothes, so unless you want your clothes to have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke I wouldn’t recommend taking your clothes here to be cleaned. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND! :)
