I've been using another dry cleaners for years in Joplin. My wife convinced me to use Ryan's which is closer to home. I gathered up my clothes to be dry cleaned and took them to Ryan's only to find them closed during business hours. I will never go to Ryan's!

Didn’t call when ready. Didn’t get out all stains. There was cat hair and dirt still on back of drapes after cleaned. How does that happen? She said she didn’t work at actual place that cleaned them. Disregarded even trying to call other place to find out why. Shrugged everything off! No regard for any of my questions.She quoted me a price of $16.60 on phone, then when I walked thru the door it $23.30. They are not on the up and up, and would not recommend to anyone. I gave them a second chance from the first mess up, and still very disappointed.
