Hello,nI have to say this. Even though the staff picked my call all good. But the staff came to fix my carpet in Pittsburg kansas , brock the pipe line. Never shown up untill lunch time. Very irresponsible guy. I give 0 rating for that employee. I don't know about rest of this facility.nnThis is an adding my experience again. I just called steamway executive to let them know the situation.nnFirst she said this work supposed to finish by monday and now it's Wednesday 2.43pm. Monday no body shown up to clean tuesday one guy came his fan brock and left.nThe lady on phone was mad at me for giving online review bad since i am not owner of that house she was bursting out on me. She doesn't know even what's happening at that work. She said the work suppse to finished by monday. Since i am not owner at that property she doesn't wanna solve the situation and make an apology or anything.
